Fictional returns policy

These returns rules describe the fictional store used in the training materials. There are no real purchases to return.

In the scenario, an unread, undamaged book may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. The customer would provide a fictional order reference and the book title. For a change-of-mind return, the customer would pay the return postage.

A refund would cover the returned book price and be processed within five working days after the fictional store receives it. This dataset does not contain order records or a tool for submitting returns.
